Dear Descendants and Friends of Robert Lee and Louberta Stevens Hill,

Welcome to the 2012 Hill Family Reunion.  We are all excited about the plans for this coming summer and are looking forward to being together again with all the Hill Family Members.  We are hoping that each and every Hill cousin, wherever you are, will be able to make it there.  Most of the events will take place in Garland with the Monday Picnic taking place at Jones Lake State Park in Elizabethtown, NC.  Hotels in nearby towns have been pre-reserved with special rates for attendees.

In addition to reunion T-Shirts, we will have baseball caps and the long awaited Family Tree Photo Books available. Please be sure to order them on your registration form.  DVDs and Family Photos from 2010 are also available. At the reunion, there will be contests and games and talent and baking competitions.  

Several very capable family members have volunteered to prepare the food for our Banquet, Breakfast and Sunday Barbeque.   This allows us to keep the cost for the reunion at a minimum. 

Additionally, the Jones Lake event on Monday, July 2nd is a picnic.  Everyone, or family, brings their own food with some extra to exchange or share. Included in this event will be a dessert baking contest, with prizes going to the winners.

These are just a few of the exciting activities at this year’s reunion.  So please return your registration forms and payments as soon as possible and start making your travel plans if you have not already done so.
